By participating in this online/offline Contest, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions that are applicable to the Online/offline Contest and your use of related site or application for the purposes of this Online/offline Contest and the electronic exchange of data and possible electronic transactions between you and the organizers of this contest.

Nokia reserves its right to change the duration of the Online/offline Contest including but not limited to the date of commencement of the Online/offline Contest.

Entry to the Online/offline Contest is free of cost or any entry fee but only the residents of India can participate in the Online/offline Contest. Employees of Nokia /Big Music and their immediate families, and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

The remixed entries can be either uploaded on the Contest website or CDs can be couriered to Big Music at Big Music, PO Box no. 1196, Mumbai-400053 along with the name, phone number, e-mail id and address of the contestant.

By participating in the Online/offline Contest you will be deemed to be aware of the risks of failure associated with submission of personal information over the Internet and you accept and bear such risks. Nokia presumes that the email address provided is correct, and rightfully belongs to the Contestant, and will not be responsible for any errors in this respect.

Online entries for the contest will close at 11:59 pm on 15th June 2008 . The closing date for entries couriered to the Big Music address is 15th June 2008 . Such entries must be received no later than 11:59 pm on 15th June 2008 at the Big Music address . No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, ineligible or misdirected entries.

Best 5 entries will be judged by famous composer “A R Rahman“here in after referred to as judge on the basis of quality and creativity and its adaptability, in the sole opinion of the judge for making a remixed composition from the movie “Ada” .The Judge may but is not obliged to use the chosen remix for making the music Video of one of the songs for which the contestant will be deemed to have given his consent.

The sender of the Best entry as selected by the Judge will be provided an opportunity (Opportunity) to spend one day with the judge in his studio for remixing the song for the Music Video. Senders of Ten other entries selected by the Judge basis their entries will be given a chance to appear in the Music Video of the remixed song if the judge chooses to make one in its sole discretion.

Sender of Best chosen entry will not be entitled to ask for cash or for value. In lieu of the Opportunity as above or ask for any other suitable substitute for the Opportunity for whatever reason.

The sender of Best entry will be notified by email or registered post or called on their phone number mentioned during registration on or before 30th June 2008. The Best entry will be determined by the Judge “A R Rahman” in his sole discretion and such decision shall be final. No further correspondence shall be entertained.

By submitting your information in the online registration form over the internet or in the registration form in the offline application, you hereby agree and consent to Nokia retaining and using all the data/information submitted by you in the application form for its sales, marketing and promotional efforts, and to the furnishing of such data/information to Nokia-related entities and their agents for such purposes. You are required to provide all requested information accurately. If you do not provide the information, you cannot participate in the online/offline contest. Nokia may also use your information to contact you in the future for marketing and promotional purposes.

By submitting your remixed entry for the online/offline contest you hereby agree and consent to Nokia having all the Intellectual Property Rights of such remix and Nokia may use your remix in its future promotions in any manner whatsoever. You confirm all the IPR rights to Nokia and you also agree not to claim any IPR rights on the same in future.

Nokia shall not be liable for any and all other costs, charges, expenses, etc incurred in relation to the above all of which are to be borne by you personally including, without limitation, the registration fees, airtime, ISP connection costs, etc.

In case of any dispute with respect to the authenticity of the claim or any duplicate/fraudulent claim/s, Nokia reserves the right to scrap the Online/offline Contest without being responsible for any consequences.

This Online/offline Contest is Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Nokia shall not be liable to provide any free prize/s and or compensation to any participant in an event the online/offline contest is held void.

Any and all disputes / difference arising out of or connected with the online/offline contest or interpretation of these terms and conditions will be referred for arbitration and resolution to Big Music / their nominee with venue at Mumbai and the participant shall be deemed to have consented for such arbitration and resolution. This online/offline contest shall be subject to exclusive Jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi.
